What are Bars For?
Saw this article and had to shake my head and go HUH?
"Going to a bar is not an opportunity to go get drunk," TABC Capt. David Alexander said. "It's to have a good time but not to get drunk."
I'm sure it won't be too much longer and Madison will ban drinking from bars as well...

I think that would be a sign of the apocalypse. They do stuff like that in Texas, Florida, and Kansas. The UW would implode.
The part about arresting checked-in guests at a hotel bar was really stupid. If the person is SO drunk that they're breaking things or threatening people arrest them for disorderly conduct or something. A person can easily be over the limit where they shouldn't drive without being unpleasant or bothersome.
um...he is a dork. :)
