Terror Plot Close to Home

Living in the Midwest terror plots seem a pretty romote thing to worry about. I mean, who wants to blow up cows? But then this story comes along. Still waiting for details on what the plot actually was.

Good thing Madison doesn't haven't a trolley yet....that could have been the next target!
