Doyle's Election Board tells poll sites to take down signs that warn convicted felons that they don't have the right to vote, which they don't. The Election board says that is intimidating to voters...which ones, the felons?

In Madison, there was a bomb threat at a voting place. Question is, was the bomb threat about voting or because it was at a school?
